Low Season	US$ 950
Applicable for dates: January 09 - July 14 (excluding Easter period) September 16 - December 19

High Season	US$ 1,150
Applicable for dates: July 15 - July 31 September 01 - September 15 Easter Week 2007 (April 6 to 13)

Peak Season	US$ 1,350
Applicable for dates: August 01 - August 31 December 20 - January 08 (Christmas - New Year)

Check In and Check Out Times:
CHECK-IN TIME: 14:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM

Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge if we do not have other guests arriving on that day, Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.

Minimum Stays:
Low Season: 2-NIGHTS
High Season: 5-NIGHTS
Peak Season: 7-NIGHTS

Accommodation Rates above is net per villa (not per person) and inclusive of:

21% Government Tax and Service Charge.
Pick up & transfer from Airport to villa and transfer from villa to Airport (1 x in & 1 x out) in private air-conditioned car.
Refreshments and welcome drink upon arrival at the villa.
Welcome pack of cold drinks, fruits and snacks.
Free mineral drinking water for the duration of stay.
Serviced daily including housekeeping, meals preparation at your own villa by our in-house cook or by nearby restaurant order.

Meals, laundry, local transportation, telephone bill, shopping fee and other optional extras are at guest's account.

*) Latest model 6-seater air-conditioned car with personal English speaking driver is available for an extra US$ 55 per day – ALL IN.
